The Spartan Squad are an legendary heroic team in Super Smash Bros. Crossover. They are an unit of SPARTAN-II commandos of the UNSC and were formed and led by Spartan David. During the prologue as Ur-Didact was planning to turn Vestroia into his an wasteland. Spartan David was angered by this and needed to save the Bakugan from becoming extinct in which he formed unit of Spartans to take on Didact and his Forerunner army trigger the Spartan-Forerunner War in which the Spartan Squad emerged victorious. They appear as an major team in Super Smash Bros. Crossover assisting many characters. Spartan Squad II where they fully debuted in Season 26 are confirmed to be their successor.
